Highly recommend Great Glen Stoves.  From the minute we walked into the showroom we were made very welcome.  Chris was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
Tom came to our house and went over everything with us helping to choose the best location fir our stove.  Nothing was a problem.
Neil & Jim then came to fit the stove .  They were excellent too and were very tidy even washing up their coffee cups.  Gave loads of advice and again nothing was a problem to them.

Our beautiful stove was installed 2 weeks ago , first time on today as busy decorating we are delighted . We would like to thank Tom, Neil and Grant for their excellent service, which, from the time we went to choose our stove to the excavation of the fire chamber and the fitting  went very smoothly and to plan.  Neil and Grant did a very neat and careful job, re-plastered, re-painted, cleared away all concrete debris and dust. Tom and the team are extremely friendly and helpful with advice, solutions, options and recommendations. It's clear they are dedicated to not just doing a job rather doing the job right. The communication and workmanship are to a high standard and I found them competitive. I am delighted with all the work which wasn't insignificant, the results are awesome! The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. When we entered the store on our first day we were unsure exactly what kind of stove would best suit our property. We received a warm and friendly welcome along with expert advice. We were given plenty of options and zero pressure to make a decision there and then. A few weeks later when we had made a decision, Tom came out to our property for a visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Tom got us an installation date for within a few weeks. When the date finally arrived we were unsure if the job would go ahead due to the snowy conditions but the two lads arrived on time and gave a 1rst class service, we can't speak highly enough of them. Masters of their trade, professional, incredibly tidy and not afraid of a bit of snow, they installed the stove within the time allocated. I've got a fire burning as I write this review and we couldn't be more pleased with it. The cost was very reasonable, on top of which it will give us more control of our heating bill and insure we stay warm during one of our frequent highland power cuts. We're also aware that the stove installation has added to the value of our property, so we view it as an investment as much as we view it a luxury item. 5 stars, highly recommend them.
